COMMON QUESTIONS

Q: Do I need to be in shape to join?

A: No. We have members who started completely untrained and members who came in with years of experience. The programming meets you where you are.

Q: What if I've never done a barbell lift before?

A: That's exactly what the Strength Diagnostic is for. We teach you the lifts properly before you load them heavy. Zero ego, all technique.

 

Q: How is this different from Crossfit or Orangetheory?

A: Crossfit programs for varied workouts. Orangetheory programs for heart rate. We program specifically for strength — using periodized progressions on the squat, bench, and deadlift. Different goal, different method, different result.

 

Q: What happens after the 90-day Strength Project?

A: You continue at the same rate of $247 every 4 weeks, payment-to-payment with no contract. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The 90-day period is just the initial commitment window during which the results guarantee applies.

 

Q: Can I freeze my membership if I'm traveling or injured?

A: Yes. Members can freeze for up to 1 pay period per year with advance notice. Talk to us if you have a specific situation.

 

Q: How does the 50-lb guarantee actually work?

A: If you hit 8 of 12 weekly sessions and follow the programming for 90 days, and don't add 50 lbs combined to your squat, bench, and deadlift — you train free every cycle until you hit the number. We track everything, so there's no dispute. Full details on the Strength Project page.

 

Q: Are there long-term contracts?

A: No. After the initial 90 days, all memberships are payment-to-payment. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

 

Q: What are your hours?

A: Classes run Monday-Friday at 6am, 7am, 12:30pm, 5pm, and 6pm (Tue/Thu skip the 6pm slot). Open Gym runs Monday-Friday 8am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-5pm, plus Saturdays 8am-12pm. We're closed Sundays.
